Meet Vida
Welcome! So excited that you are here! Let's explore how I can support you on your health journey.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) specializing in the gut brain axis where I focus on digestive and mental health. I work with you to identify your unique health imbalances, and help to rebalance your body systems through customized evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, emotional, and supplement protocols. These tailored protocols address your unique health concerns and combat your unwanted symptoms helping you reclaim your health.
While I am based in Canada, I work with clients internationally, supporting individuals across borders who are ready to reclaim their health.
I serve on Dr. Gabor Maté's team for his H.E.A.L. Masterclass as a Trauma-Informed Practitioner trained in his philosophy and the compassionate inquiry approach. My role is to educate, empower, and support participants worldwide in integrating their experiences so that they can engage deeply with the Masterclass and apply its insights in their lives.
I have also been appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association, where I value the opportunity to support and connect with students and graduates, while contributing to the advancement of holistic nutrition as a field.
As a narcissistic abuse survivor, I know what it feels like to lose yourself in someone else's story, to feel invisible, unheard, and disconnected from your own body and truth. This disconnection can show up in different ways for everyone, because we are all biochemically unique, and each person's story and experiences are valid. It can appear as chronic fatigue, digestive issues, stress, changes in sleep, weight, or skin, or a sense that your body just is not feeling like itself. Often, the mind-body connection is overlooked, yet it is an important piece of the puzzle. When we are not fully connected with ourselves, our bodies can carry the weight of unprocessed, unresolved, and unexplained emotions and experiences. Your story is not over. Your voice and your life are yours to embrace and there is a way forward full of hope and possibility. Together, I can help you reconnect, rebalance, and thrive in a way that is authentic to you.
As a former instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Distance Education), I taught Fundamentals of Business, Nutritional Symptomatology, and Advanced Pediatrics & Legal Considerations. I am passionate about health and wellness, and I am dedicated to sharing my expertise with students. I value and enjoy the opportunity to support, mentor, and inspire them on their journey towards achieving their goals in the field of nutrition.
In addition, as a licensed lawyer in Ontario and Alberta, I am committed to empowering clients to become strong advocates for their health and I am passionate about educating them on the interconnectivity of their body systems.
