Meet Vida

Welcome! So excited that you are here! Let's explore how I can support you on your health journey.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) specializing in the gut brain axis where I focus on digestive and mental health. I work with you to identify your unique health imbalances, and help to rebalance your body systems through customized evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle protocols. These tailored protocols address your unique health concerns and combat your unwanted symptoms helping you regain your health.

As an instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Distance Education), I teach Fundamentals of Business, Nutritional Symptomatology, and Advanced Pediatrics & Legal Considerations. I am passionate about health and wellness, and I am dedicated to sharing my expertise with students. I value and enjoy the opportunity to support and inspire them on their journey towards achieving their goals in the field of nutrition.

As well, being a licensed lawyer in Ontario and Alberta, I am committed to empowering clients to become strong advocates for their health and I am passionate about educating them on the interconnectivity of their body systems.
